AGREEMENT AND REFERENCE CHECK AUTHORIZATION

This wording closely follows Oregon State Law pertaining to Staffing Services.

CAR PEOPLE is a 100% Employer Paid Fee Company.

There is no cost to you, the applicant.

I certify that the answers and information given on this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I agree to keep CAR PEOPLE, INC. ("Car People") informed about the results of all arranged interviews and will advise CAR PEOPLE at once upon acceptance of employment or termination for any reason. I will also keep any job openings that CAR PEOPLE has informed me of confidential and to myself and not reveal to any other applicants or employment agencies. If I do reveal a CAR PEOPLE lead for a job opening to a person and they are hired for the position, I will be responsible for the fee lost to CAR PEOPLE. Please refer people to us and we will help them with our confidential job openings.

I authorize CAR PEOPLE to further disclose the information it obtains from prospective employers and others as part of CAR PEOPLE'S business operations, and I release CAR PEOPLE and its agents from any and all claims related to such disclosure(s).

In the event of any dispute related to CAR PEOPLE'S activities on my behalf, or related to this Agreement, I agree that such dispute will either be handled in small claims court or, if in excess of the amount subject to the jurisdiction of small claims court, pursuant to Arbitration pursuant to the rules of the Arbitration Association of Portland.
