If you are an experienced dealership Sales Manager who fits well with a very high end clientele this is the job for you. It’s a building a relationship with the customer base position, not selling cars. These clients already know what they want, have more than enough to purchase one of these vehicles and are looking to have a great experience purchasing their new car.
The ideal person is ready to run the Sales Department of this new car dealership on their own and take full responsibility for it. The Dealer Principal is the acting General Manager and in the store on a regular basis. The Dealer Principal considers this Sales Manager position as the most important position in the dealership and is offering a long term commitment to the right person.

It’s her 25th year placing people in Auto Group and Individual Dealership positions. Heidi really goes to bat for her applicant customers. It’s smart to get your information on her desk, she talks with Auto Group Exec’s, Dealer Principals and General Managers on a daily basis. She lets them know of talented people available and makes placements at times where there wasn’t an opening until she told an employer about you.
Compensation up to $200,000 plus with Benefit Package.
