Automotive Loan Collateral Supervisor Job Opening Portland Oregon
General Position Summary: Supervise all document processing and Front Desk Reception area & File/Mail Room areas and provide backup for all other areas of the Collateral Department.
Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
1. Supervise documentation, Reception and Scanning areas. Produce original documents upon request, track and copy for booking. Storage and track original documents (original contracts) in our secure retardant areas & fire retardant cabinets. Assure all areas of the Collateral Department are staffed adequately
2. Documentation Processing. Provide backup for processing incoming contract documents. Process & track all incoming files and client documents. Perform & coordinate file certifications
3. Have complete control and audit capabilities for all documents entrusted to PFSC for storage and scanning purposes.
Job Complexity: br High degree of responsibility and organization in Document & File check in. Track and follow all documents/files sent to PFSC for safe keeping. Assist with establishing Portfolio Tracking procedures. Requires technical/operational knowledge and strong ability to communicate, exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail. Must be able to maintain composure in a stressful environment. Constant attention to possible upgrades and safeguards.
Specific Job Skills: This position requires the following: * Supervisory skills * Extensive documentation and collateral processing knowledge and experience * Understanding of requirements and process flow * File management techniques * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Excellent Customer service techniques * Detail oriented, organized and flexible * Good knowledge of Windows 95/97, Excel and Word * Ability to ready, write & speak in concise English * Must be able to lift 50 Lbs
Supervisory Responsibilities: Front Desk, Scanning & Documentation Personnel
Compensation at $47,000 to $57,000 annually depending on experience level.
