This RV Dealership is ready to hire a new General Manager who is a positive leader, trainer, motivator and hand’s-on as a Sales Manager as well. The volume is low enough to accomplish this. Looking for an individual who will come to work like it’s their own business and willing to do whatever it takes. This business sells some of the highest quality RV’s in the industry. Their product mix is top of the line trailers, campers, 5th wheelers and toy haulers. They are growing and have purchased new land. There are eight sales people, one Sales Manager and one Finance Manager. On the Fixed side one Service Manager / Parts, two Advisors, two Parts Counter and six Techs. Compensation at $100,000 and up Annually.
